Miller Gold Search & Select are a modern, professional head-hunting organisation. Unlike traditional agencies, Miller Gold do not simply speak with candidates who are looking for work. Therefore, we don't believe in relying on job ad response or database searches.
We use advanced Head-Hunting methodologies, including taking advantage of the latest social media technologies as well as extensive networking, to find "under the line" candidates; that is, candidates who have typically been in their role for a long time, and are obviously good at what they do. Invariably these candidates have top notch professional, technical and interpersonal skills.
We build relationships with successful candidates, and learn what motivates them. Together, we determine what changes, if any, could help them grow their career. If appropriate, we then present those opportunities to the candidates, utilising a "slow-burn" approach.
This means our candidates are different to those found by companies doing their own advertising, and even other agencies.
